consider the protection of your privacy when ordering online
to be extremely important. We work diligently to protect
your information and limit its use strictly to providing
the services for which you have entrusted us.

personal and credit card information is NOT stored on our
web server.
- Your
personal and credit card information is NOT retained for
any purpose other than order processing, and customer service.
- We
do NOT sell any of your information to any third party.
- We
do NOT send spam e-mail.
- We
retain a secure database of all information related to
your order (on a separate, isolated and firewalled backend
server) to help facilitate current
and ongoing customer service inquires with our order processing
department.
- For
return customers who ask us to retain information to speed
up future online orders, we retain a limited database of
information that is only accessible to our customers with
an assigned username and password. Customers are able to,
and encouraged to change their password from time to time.
Our
Newsletter and Mailing Option
The very last item in our secure order form allows you
to subscribe to our newsletter. If you choose not to receive
our newsletter, you will NOT receive it. If you change your
mind and decide not to receive our newsletter at any time in
the future, you can easily unsubscribe using our automated
process. We do not aggressively market our products via e-mail,
but rather
occasionally
send
out special product offers, or reminders during holidays or
special flower-giving periods. Our e-mail system is custom-designed
and is not accessible to other third party vendors and marketing
companies. We simply want to provide you with the option of
occasionally receiving special occasion and product information.
If you don't want it, we won't send it. Our
goal is always your complete satisfaction.
